“Finding the right home can be a difficult and intimidating process. Making sure you have the right realtor for you is the key to a more pleasant journey. Online research will list a wide variety of characteristics to look for in a realtor. Melanie has all of these and more. What struck us most about her is her patience. We are not real estate or house experts. The last time we bought a house was many years ago. Melanie was patient in explaining things in detail and repeatedly when we didn’t quite understand. She was always checking in to make sure that we did understand. She worked really hard to be clear on what we were looking for in a home. She did not try to sway us in any direction. She often asked questions that made us think with greater clarity. Many times we caught ourselves saying – “We hadn’t thought of that”.
