“Contacted L.M. for bid (master bathroom shower remodel). Gordon was prompt/polite/professional with bid. Together with Christina: experienced, trained and smart! Knew their business well. Accepted contract (reasonable cost for breath of work to do for a recessed/cave shower). Robert/brother Preston did the work: all first quality! Mid-project I wanted to change a few things/add other work: Gordon was great to work with here. End result: very pleased, we got everything we wanted: tile. fixtures, grab bars/finish and 4 great LED lights along with "rain" pattern glass. Excellent craftsmanship, sound design advice, easy to work with work crew. 100% satisfied, project came out better than we thought it would. Great materials, tile work and coordination. We do recommend these folks for high quality work at a reasonable price. We are very happy/proud of our new shower. They took extra steps for quality and customer satisfaction.. Professionals!”

“Needed to arrange for new kitchen appliances to fix up a house before we moved in. Arranged it all by phone and just showed up for installation. Helpful and convenient. Got new oven, dishwasher, electric cooktop and vent hood. They were accommodating when the vent hood size that I thought we needed was too small for the space and needed to reorder a larger one.”

“We purchased a Thermador Masterpiece series Vent Hood last December. I have been very happy with it. The other day the fan started cutting in and out. Then it just quit working. I was pretty surprised I have always heard good things about Thermador, and we have been really happy with the Vent Hood and The Thermador Range since we purchased them as a set. I tried to call Thermador and set up an appointment. First it took me forever to get somebody on the phone at Thermador. They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could get somebody out to my house. Then they put me on hold, and while I was on hold I got disconnected. So I called Dallas Appliance Repair. They set me up with an appointment in the next day. The technician Victor arrived on time and he was very professional. He really seemed to know his job. It only took him about 30 minutes to determine that the wiring that powered the vent hood had gotten damaged and the Thermador Vent Hood was not getting any power. He fixed the wiring and had everything up in running again. My Thermador Vent Hood was not to blame after all. Victor thought the wiring might have gotten damaged during installation. It works great now, thanks to the great people at Dallas Appliance Repair.”

“Thank you so much for the timely help! The accomplished repairman from this company arrived at the scheduled time and promptly fixed my refrigerator door that was not closing well.
