“Michelle has done MANY jobs for me over the last 8 years. I am a landlord with multiple apartments so these include: 2 full kitchen renovations and 3 kitchen "refreshes", bathroom renovations, drawing up plans and many different general home improvements. I keep hiring her because her design ideas are great, she is cost conscious about materials, is on-time, on budget and a great communicator about the project while it is happening. One of the things I like most about her work is that she has a great personal design sense. I don't have a problem trusting her to make choices - colors, materials, hardware - on her own and I always like the result. I recommend her without reservation for any project. (The pictures aren't great, but in one she installed a marble kitchen counter top and the other is a full kitchen renovation)”

I understand if you cannot use my comments because we are related, but I want to verify her Father and i were also her first paying clients and that she was the sole architect of our home. “My husband and I are very happy we chose Stoltzfus Drafting and Design. After our initial meeting, we received a very detailed proposal for our kitchen remodel. There were no hidden costs. He assigned a project website that allowed us to provide input, upload product changes and document all elements of the renovation. We found Mel to be very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. He made absolutely sure that we were pleased with every aspect of the project. We did a lot of research on our product selections, and even made several changes which he did not mind. During the renovation Mel was on the job inspecting the work being done and assisting at times. He also met with us throughout the renovation to ensure that we were abreast of their progress with respect to the established timeline.
