She was extremely flexible with my demanding work schedule. In fact, she came to my home on a Sunday to visualize the space in which I wanted to purchase a rug. Fortunately, she would not let me make such an investment without putting her personal stamp of approval on the cohesiveness of the color, texture and dimensions in the space I had available. “We had our floors redone with faux wood tiles. Unfortunately, the stairs needed to remain wood and the existing wood was a redwood that could not be stained. We interviewed several stair installers and no one had a solution either as to a wood that complemented our new floor, or how to install over the old steps at minimal cost and damage. Then we met Willy from Obellis. He came to our home, saw the problem immediately and proposed a logical, simple solution. We went to their showroom and found a gorgeous wood for our stairs. They installed it quickly and efficiently, respecting our lifestyle and timing needs. It was an absolute pleasure and my stairs are an absolute dream!
