“Amazing experience in dealing with this company. Was very indecisive on what type of flooring to use and my flooring sales person (ask for Rojulio) did an awesome job guiding me through different types of brands and the pro's and con's of each. Bonus for calling my installer to verify measurements and the right type of metal stripping to use on the top of my tile. Look out for me for my bathroom and hopefully they are up to the challenge Also a thumbs up for having someone that spoke Spanish- made my transaction a little easier.”

“Phenomenal family owned business, with great service and even better prices. We had Diablo Flooring install carpets in our bedrooms, closets, stairs and loft after we purchased our first home. They came out right away for an estimate and their prices were incredibly reasonable. They came back four days later and did the whole job and it turned out beautiful. We were so happy with how everything turned out, we even had them make us an area rug out of the same carpet that we used in the rest of the house. All in all, I would never think of using anyone else for carpet in the bay area ever again.”

“I found this store in Berkeley and they have a wonderful selection of beautiful handmade rugs from around the world. The owner was able to tell me about the styles and artistry of the rugs and I got a wonderful deal on the rug that I picked out. “bob and his team installed Du Chateau hardwood floors in the main living areas of our home, and Fabbrica carpet in the bedrooms. Everything was done in the time frame promised and within budget. Measuring was done perfectly, so there was a little but not a lot of leftover materials. His crew of installers were efficient and experienced, and we enjoyed having them in our home. Although there were some problems with hardwood noise initially, Bob and his crew inspected the work and made adjustments that corrected the problems. We love the work and highly recommend Murnane Floors!”

“We hired Gil's carpets to replace about 600 feet of engineered wood floor that was damaged when our kitchen faucet failed and flooded the kitchen. From the estimate to the finish, the work was professional and friendly. The new floor is blended in so well with the old flooring, you can't tell where the wood was replaced. We recently needed to get a piece of trim when we got our sliding door replaced. I went to Gil's and they searched through their leftover trim to find me a piece that would match. They sent me home with 2 options at no charge. We'll be sure to call them again for other flooring needs.”

“First used this company 30 years ago for carpet in 3 roooms and a hall. With regular professional steam cleanings, the carpet looks as good as when it was first installed. When we needed flooring in the kitchen and master bedroom dressing area, they were our first choice. I chose manufactured hardwood for ease of care. Again they did a terrific job, on time and thorough clean-up afterward. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are fairly expensive but worth it.”

Floorcraft is a wonderful balance of a large enough store to carry everything for my projects and small enough to offer personal service. The staff helps me make decisions, my orders arrive quickly, the prices are good and they provide reliable service when they come out to measure or install.
