“We shopped around and received quotes from three different companies. Closet Factory was by far the best. Their design process was thoughtful and straightforward. Our designer Rachael respected our time and didn’t waste it with silly upsell options that would unnecessarily drive up the cost of our project. Rachael really listened to what we wanted, added her own expertise and came up with a design that is both highly functional and attractive. We absolutely love it. There is one other really important thing that distinguishes Closet Factory from the competition: their installers were fantastic. The other two companies we received quotes from didn’t handle the entire demo and install process. Instead, they leave it to you to do some of the tear out or patch work. Closet Factory’s installers did the full tear out and install for a 150 sq ft master closet in 6 hours. And their work was flawless.”

The end result was nothing less than SPECTACULAR, and the cost was much less than we had been quoted by their competitors. “It is always challenging in todays market to find a company that delivers on time and on budget. Cliff and Gina at Austin Morgan Closets did exactly that! There key design suggestions an knowledge about their product was outstanding. They were seamless to work with and amazing in responsiveness. After using one of the more common closet designers on an earlier project, I wish I had found Austin Morgan closets much sooner.”

“We had gone to California Closet to get an idea to utilize all the empty space in our walk-in closet which was cramped with clothes, shoes, etc. The designer assisted us and the design was done. Then when we got home we decided maybe we could tweak the design. I called set an appointment with our designer to come to our house, we tweaked the design for optimum usage space in our closet. Installation was done and we are so pleased! We got very good assistance and recommendation in designing our closet! Professional installation was wonderful.”
