“Paul Fisher does great work at a reasonable costs. He will work with you to create exactly what you want and he will communicate with you throughout the project. “I have used Odd Fellows Contracting at least five times in the last ten years. I have even recommended them to my parents. Odd Fellows has always had experienced professionals do my jobs, the people have been friendly and take pride in their work. They do a great job of cleaning up during and after the job. The jobs they have done have been, dig out and redo a crawl space; redo two bathrooms; replace a outside wall and place new flooring down; repair a garage roof as well as replace sections of a covered walkway roof and place new supports for the walkway. My parents were very pleased with the basement ceiling and lighting that was done for them. Odd Fellow is my go to contractor. (the date and cost is for the last project they did for me.)”

“We are incredibly pleased with our experience working with Rochman Design-Build. They are very attentive to detail and listened to us as we described our needs and expectations for the project. The new work is seamless with the original home. They reused as much of the old trim and materials as possible and designed the addition so the house does not seem at all disjointed or added-on. Rochman's approach is to not make the client feel the stress or frustration when challenges arise. We really appreciated that. They cleaned up every night and kept the dust to a minimum throughout the whole project. They also made every accommodation to make it manageable for us to live in the house while the work was being done. In the end, the renovated kitchen and mudroom are beautiful and functional and we are quite happy.”

“Adaptive Building Solutions helped us do a remodel on our home in 2012. They moved an staircase, expanded a bathroom, and added a closet. We were happy with the work ABS did for us - particularly the lovely built-in woodwork (shelves, bench, etc.). His price was more competitive than others who gave us quotes and was helpful in thinking about ways to adjust the project scope to keep us in budget. He was flexible along the way as we thought of minor additional changes we wanted to make. We would recommend Mike to others.”

“Project included remodeling of a walkout lower level of a house to result in a complete "in-law" apartment. Specifically, work included construction of a kitchen using cabinetry and some appliances from the results of a complete kitchen remodeling of the upper level of the house. A bedroom was partitioned off with sleeping zone separated from a study with view using bookshelving and wardrobes anchored by posts and beams. A laundry/sewing room was created as well as a study/reflection room.”

“Ingledue Construction did a kitchen, great room, and master bath remodel on our 20 year old home. They removed soffits in the kitchen, new quartz counters, new wood bath vanity, tile in the master shower, crown molding, wood trim, carpet, lighting, and paint in all three rooms..... They are very professional and followed up in a timely manner when needed.... Chris the designer was awesome! She has a great eye for design and color. I have a neighbor who also had this company do a remodel too. I have a few pictures of the before, but not sure how to post.....”

“Jeff and the entire Alpha team are outstanding! They did a complete renovation of our entire first floor, including kitchen, while we were living in the home. From start to finish, the process was a breeze because of their clear communication, partnership and professionalism, and they left the site spotless every day. The end results looks just like the design drawings. We cannot say enough about their subcontractors and the quality of their work. It still looks brand new nearly 3 years later. “During the past two years, my husband and I have embarked upon a major home remodeling project. We chose Giraffe Design Build to design and execute extensive remodeling of our 1950’s era ranch home, including a new roof with 3-foot overhangs in the Prairie style, and a new porch, entrance way, dining room and kitchen. Martin Clarke, our designer, has worked closely with us every step of the way. He has been extremely careful in making sure that he has captured our vision of how we want our remodeled space to appear. He has invested levels of creativity and enthusiasm that far exceed ordinary expectations, resulting in a beautiful, distinctive, and extremely well-crafted remodel. The entire staff at Giraffe has been responsive to our budget, and has given us accurate estimates of the costs and benefits of all prospective changes. Progress has been excellent: we have stayed very close to our timeline. The Giraffe construction crew, supervised by Geoff Beck, has gone out of their way to be courteous and helpful, and to communicate on-going questions and issues concerning the remodeling process. They take great pride in their workmanship, resulting in extraordinary levels of quality. Communication between Giraffe crew, ourselves, and the steady stream of subcontractors also has gone smoothly, and we have been impressed by the quality of work and service Giraffe’s subcontractors have given us. This reflects well on the company as a whole. Remodeling is a stressful journey. We feel very fortunate to have retained Giraffe Design Build.
