“I recently purchased a Solas One6 Fireplace for one of my apartments. It's just the right size for this apartment and provides an aesthetic value in addition to the warmth of a fireplace! Initially, I received an old version of the surround which did not fit onto the fireplace correctly. They were very helpful and they sent out a rep who replaced the part with the new version and now everything fits fine. Also, when I purchased it, I was under the impression that it required the same small direct vent as that of a Renni or Monitor heater (which would have been very convenient because that was what I was replacing), however it requires a larger pipe so we had to do some retrofitting. Overall, I am happy with the product and will probably buy another one for another apartment, as well as recommend Solas to others.”

We had a lot of questions about different types of propane fireplaces, different mantles, etc. and they went above and beyond to help us with our decision. As first time propane fireplace owners, we had no idea what we would need as far as size, BTU's, accessories, etc. and they were so helpful in answering our questions and making suggestions on what to ask our builder to make the installation easier and more cost-effective for us. I would recommend this business to anyone in the Southern Maine area looking for a new pellet stove or propane fireplace. They had so many options to choose from, you can't go wrong!”

“Totally positive experience. When they arrived at our home the neatness and cleanliness of their truck, equipment and personal dress reassured us that these were individuals who took pride in their work and their appearance. Impressive start! First off, the install team was on time to the minute. Second, they were respectful and careful, placing clean work tarps and blankets throughout the work area. Third they were efficient, e.g. had all their parts, tools and materials on hand. Once they started they didn't finish until the job was done. Fourth, they did exactly what they promised. The sales person had told us it was about a 3 hour job, and our install team made it happen. Fifth, the unit was installed with no issues, they showed us how to operate it, how to install the safety screens etc. Lastly, they left the work space immaculately clean. Highly recommended!”

“Although I'm not one to write reviews, I had such a good experience at Home Comfort Warehouse I wanted to share! When I first started this process, I had no idea what product I wanted and went back 4 times to look at the options. Each time, everyone I talked to was super patient, helpful and really knew their stuff. They also never seems annoyed that I was back but instead welcomed me like I was an old friend. I did buy a gas fireplace and the installation crew was great at showing me how to work it and didn't leave until I was completely comfortable. Can't say enough - - I highly recommend them!”
