“Usually try to buy local, but really wanted a table style that we saw - extendable dining room table with leaves that fit inside. Did a lot of research and found Amish Direct. Our local design stores had one or two, but they were $5,000. We got the Oak Colebrook trestle table with 2 leaves (can order another leaf, too). Can't say enough about the beautiful workmanship on this table. Black inlay design, one-person open/close and so handy to be able to hide the leaves inside. We downsized to a small house with limited storage but still needed a huge table when all the kids come for dinner. Love, Love, Love this table - just not sure which child will inherit it someday! They all want it! A little hard to choose colors from a website but really happy with it! It was about $1500 with shipping. Oh, and movers delivered it, unwrapped it and put it together in our dining room. Not as quick as buying one local, but well worth the wait!”
