After researching his company and the houses and businesses he has built, I decided to hire him to do a renovation/repair house job for me. I bought a home that was built over sixty years ago. I was in need of a home of my own, and I discovered it one day while driving by the neighborhood it is in. The price was low enough that I was able to finance the renovation work. Mr. Bounds is doing the work and it is currently under construction. He listened to what was needed and agreed graciously to do the work. His company started to work the day that my loan was closed. “The job well for the most part, unfortunately the delays we had were not due to our contractor. With the virus in full swing it was at times difficult to get other sub contractors at the job and to get materials that were needed. Everything was completed to our satisfaction and a job well done.
