“JFWood remodeled my house over the course of several years. I purchased the house as a retirement location and worked with them to make it perfect over the spam of a couple of years. I worked area to area in the house to make the house my own. Scope of work: kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finish basement, and remove some interior walls to make the house more open. I did this while continuing to work in Columbus, OH. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. As I was not on site when the work was being performed, I could rely on them to handle deliveries and do the best job for me in my absence. they stood by their work and resolved any issues that have come up. They handled a couple problems for me that were above and beyond their scope of work, just to help me in my absence. I am very happy with the final product and would recommend them to others.”

“GreenGoose Homes built our custom home in West Lafayette. The staff was courteous, professional, fun, and friendly. The builder kept the subcontractors on schedule (weather permitting) and demanded quality work from them. We appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. Even though we have moved in, GreenGoose is still making sure we are satisfied with our home by addressing after move-in punch list items. We highly recommend this builder!!”

“I spent a considerable amount of time researching home builders in my area prior to builder selection. I knew that this would be the most important step in building my custom lake home. I have past building experience, and I learned that if you pick the right builder, the project can be very fun and exciting. Pick the wrong builder, and it will be your worst nightmare, not just until it is complete, but until you sell it. After months of interviews, research, project walk throughs, etc., I selected J. R. Lazaro Custom Builders. I am now in my new home and could not be more pleased! The construction and quality are second to none and have exceeded my expectations (I am a very picky engineer and extremely detail oriented). There are very few builders out there today that still build homes the way Lazaro does. Sure there were a few problems along the way (as with all custom builds), but Lazaro was there to remedy the situation to MY SATISFACTION in every case. I will be a repeat customer when I decide to build again.”

“We worked with Viewegh homes building our house and then brought them back to finish the basement. They are fabulous. I am a Pinterest and hours junky and showed the trim and tile guys all my crazy ideas and they were able to make them all happen. Very easy to work with and high quality workmanship all around. They have stood behind their work as well, coming to the rescue to help when our basement flooded at midnight...even though the flood was not their fault! (Builder next store hit our sub pump line) I would highly recommend Viewegh to anyone interested in a custom home.”
