“I worked with Brent and his team on a project where we integrated the swimming pool and spa controls with the homeowner's home automation system that was designed and installed by Hooked Up Installs. From the start, Brent and his company were first class. They were always on time and very responsive to any questions myself or the homeowner had about the control system. Once everything was installed, the homeowner was absolutely delighted to have the pool and spa controlled from any one of his in house control panels in addition to his iPhone and iPad. They also installed an outdoor speaker system that included speakers all over the back yard with an in-ground subwoofer that sounded unbelievable. This is a great system since the homeowner does a lot of entertaining.”

“Doug is a GOD send!!! After months of numerous phone calls and 2 companies coming out to "FIX" my wifi network but it still was working after they left; Doug came out and had my network back up and working Great in 1 hour. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend him if you are having any network troubles!!!! Doug is AWESOME!!! I found Doug through the Houzz app back in 2015 and I have been calling him ever since for all my audio visual and internet needs. Doug is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Just recently Doug installed a tv over my fireplace as you can see from the pictures above we started from scratch no outlet or cable jack. Now we have this nice TV and soundbar over the fireplace. I highly recommend Doug for any internet or audio visual needs!!!! Thank you Doug for everything!!!”

“Avidia was extremely professional in all their work. I am still amazed at how simple it is to operate their Control 4 operating system. You literally have you the entire operation of your house in the palm of your hand. Whether it is Visual (Comcast, DirecTV, Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, etc), Audio (radio, Sirrius, Pandora, Tidal, Apple, etc.), lighting both indoor and out, heating and a/c controls, and your alarm system, with only a few swipes of your finger you can adjust any setting anywhere in your house. You don't even need to be home! The wifi throughout the house, basement and back patio is fantastic. We no longer have dead areas. Obviously it is not an inexpensive system, and the more functions that are included, the higher the price tag, but everything works they way it was originally presented. After the original sticker shock, they work with you on ways to value engineer the system to maximize your budget with your end user experience. After the system was up and running there were a few kinks to iron out, but Avidia's response time was great. I would strongly recommend them to a friend.”
