“Dave and his co-worker came by to clean my condenser coil under the deck. The previous owner never cleaned it before (they never cleaned anything else either). It took them a couple hours since the casing was so difficult to take off and to reassemble. The coil was terribly congested with caked on dirt They added refrigerant also. They charged $80 for the refrigerant and $80 for their labor. Now, our AC unit works phenomenal (for over 6 weeks already). Can stand near the diffusers (registers) since the air is that cold! Glad I know these guys. The unit is over 20 years old and works better than new units I have seen in operation.”

“Harmonic Heating and Air installed two energy efficient furnaces and air conditioners, two humidifiers, two Aprilaire air cleaners, two prestige thermostat systems, and two indoor air sensors in November 2015. I have control of this entire system--heat, air, humidity--from two different sites in my home and on my mobile phone through the internet from wherever I may be. Our home is more comfortable, it is easier to breathe, and our utility bills are going down. I wish I'd had such a system installed when we built this house 15 years ago. The owner and his crew are well informed concerning the latest technology, and they provided us with enough knowledge of the various options so that we could make informed choices with regards to amenities and cost. This company is among the best in our experience.”

“My experience with your company was wonderful. From the initial phone call I had with your company yesterday, to the service technicians who came out today, and then the customer service department taking the time to follow up I truly couldn’t be more pleased. Both gentlemen who showed up for the service call were courteous, professional and personable. They were quickly able to diagnose my problem and offer a solution at what I feel was a fair price. They left the work area clean when they were finished and asked if there was anything else they could do before leaving. I work in sales and hold customer service in the highest regard because I know that’s how my company differentiates ourselves from the competition and earns repeat business. We all say we have great customer service, but sadly very few actually do. I’m so glad I chose a company for my needs that clearly values it in the same way I do.
