“Debbie is incredible! She was able to assess what would make me enjoy my home and bring us pleasure for years to come! We purchased a larger home and I was lost trying to make it "ours". She helped every step of the way!! We tried different "styles" etc until we identified what we would enjoy. She listened to my thoughts and always had creative ideas to accomplish the goals. She has a variety of services available from upholstery to shopping with you. She comes and actually hangs the pictures and draperies if you'd like! She has access to all sorts of products! She is so respectful of your tastes and budget. I posted photos of a hutch on Houzz that she recommended we paint Dover White. She gave us the courage to do it and we are so glad we did! She is THE BEST!!!”

“Karen was engaged to help plan and organize the great room of our new home. The room was larger than our previous living room, a different shape, and a complete different color scheme than we had. She helped with deciding which pieces of our current furniture would work, suggested pieces we might want to purchase (and offering suggestions of where we might shop), the layout of the room for best functionality and how to dress the walls. Karen’s warm and calm personality makes working with her very pleasurable. She asks clients to complete a form so she can learn their style, desired uses of rooms, etc. She carefully listens to her clients and then helps plan their spaces to best fit them. She willing works with her clients’ circumstances, acknowledging that sometimes they are not in a position to complete the design plan all at once. She offers several levels of service so clients are able to select what is right for them. Karen uses a wide variety of tools/sources to help her clients determine what they. She offers visual suggestions to help clients see possibilities. She does not push her own personal preferences, instead makes suggestions and moves forward based on her client’s likes and dislikes. She helped me think outside the box. Overall the experience has been very good and I look forward to the day when I have the entire plan in place in the not too distance future. I highly recommend using Karen Savage Design.”
