“We hired Distinct Developments Ltd. to primarily renovate our main bathroom and ensuite in 2014. We found Nathan to be extremely pleasant and honest to work with and would strongly recommend him as the contractor for your renovations. Nathan communicated with us regularly, answering all our emails/phonecalls promptly and gave us clarification and updates throughout all the stages of our renos. He was always willing and open to listen to our ideas, and was very flexible if we wanted to change something along the way. All of the tradespeople that Nathan used were very professional - they listened to our suggestions, were very experienced, arrived on time and stayed late or came back on weekends to complete all projects until we were happy. The thing we appreciated most about Nathan was that he gave us very detailed quotes before the projects started, or whenever we wanted to modify things along the way, and stuck to them - there were no surprises or any additional hidden costs.
