We are very satisfied with the result, and the way he went about the work. We were regularly updated, and when we had to order more tile, he worked around the week until the needed tile became available. Highly recommended.”

“Paul Matarazzo is a GOD send! He is the fine match between an excellent tradesman, and a creative artist. Paul has the rigor and experience of working with VERY HIGH END clients and brings that level of professionalism to every job he does. He has tiled our kitchen backsplash (even while we were out of town!) and remodeled our entire 1200 square foot basement. From a completely unfinished open floor plan, he created a work-out room, craft room, photo studio, storage area, shop, playroom and a wonderful family room for entertaining. Not only is he always on time, he stayed within our budget and was very sensitive to our family's need to live in the house while he was working. A project that might have taken other contractors MONTHS was completed within a few short weeks. My husband is an avid DIY'er - who OFTEN has difficulty when contractors do work in our home. Not with Paul. His work is professional, clean, and he makes it SO easy to live in the space during a construction job. It's difficult to find people who will 'do things as well as you', who are competent and sensitive to your individual needs, and people you'd leave your entire home to while away on vacation... but Paul is one of those guys. “Bob Pietropaolo from ETC Remodel was the driving force behind our bathroom renovation project’s amazing results. His years of experience, meticulous attention to planning and detail and his network of other talented tradespeople in the area all contributed to our renovation’s success. We love our home; it is rather unique as it is a log home which in turn brings a whole host of renovation challenges and limitations. Bob was undaunted and in fact came up with several alternative solutions that were far better than our original ideas. So much so that we decided to refresh another bathroom that shares a wall with the bathroom being totally renovated. A change of scope that Bob was able to incorporate into the renovation project. Bob and his team kept an immaculate workspace and were extremely respectful of our home; taking care to cover & protect everything. A major factor when you are living in a house during renovations! The end results of both bathrooms far exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms are beautiful, functional, and modern but still mesh wonderfully with the wood charm of our home.”
