She took time to go through our wants and needs, what was negotiable, and paid attention to our budget. She convinced us of a must-have - pantry slide out shelves, which I couldn't live without now. “Fahy Kitchens coordinated most features of our new kitchen, including cabinets, countertop (to be completed in two weeks), and appliances. At each decision point, they were helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, professional and creative. The project wasn't without hitches. When the cabinet distributor didn't deliver on schedule and carpenters were waiting to start work at my house, the owner drove his personal pickup truck there to pick them up. He arrived at my home just an hour later, critical cabinets on board, so we didn't have to the contractor's crew for a wasted day. That is certainly going above and beyond the call of duty! They've earned my respect for a business well run. We have a couple of weeks to go to project completion, but I have every confidence that this kitchen will be everything we dreamed it would be.”
