“I have worked with Jim Lackford to complete multiple home renovation and repair jobs and I highly recommend him. First, he’s easy to work with and is a good communicator. He’s trustworthy and more reliable than your best neighbor: When I had water in my basement over a weekend, he came over the very same day to remove the flooring. I don’t know any contractor who would turn on a dime like that to help in an emergency! Jim is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in everything “home.” He did painting and wallpapering for me, he patched holes in my ceiling, he laid tile in my laundry area, hung a mirror, installed a mosaic tile backsplash, and so on. He always did the work with skill and care. He also has access to skilled workers who can support him when the job requires it.”

“Teri L. Did a great job helping us pull together a color pallet for repainting our entire house. She listened to our ideas and explained the pros and cons of the colors for each room from the ceiling to the baseboard helping us reach a well coordinared pallette. “Amy is capable of doing anything with a paint brush. I found her years ago online as I was looking for someone who could create residential murals or do textured paints for a new home purchase. “Divecha Assoc. painted tyhe exterior of my (small) house. It's older and needed a great deal of prep before priming. There were two colors of trim in addition to the main body color. They were fast, on time, and meticulous. Dave gave me a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it. They did the work when scheduled, and his crew cleaned up the flaked off debris well, painted details carefully, and left not a drip on my decking, roof, or steps. I was thrilled with these guys. They are a rare breed--a contractor I will happily hire again.”

“Donaldo Jimenez was referred to me by a friend who flips houses. She employed him for one of her flips and his work was flawless. Strong attention to detail and execution. I called to get an estimate, and Donaldo came that afternoon, on time, worked up a quote at that visit. He was able to get started quickly at my home and was respectful, neat, and went above and beyond. Floors were all covered, not a single area that needed attention after the fact. When he finished, the job was completely done. No touch ups needed. I had drywall repair, crown molding installed, and painting of walls, trim, and ceilings in 4 separate areas. He even painted a few extra areas of molding that needed it that was not in his quote since I had asked. He did this at no charge. No website, no email, but he is responsive by phone and texting. An awesome job. I will use him again. Jimenez Painting moves up to be my number one paint guy!”

“I had wallpaper removed in my dining room and the room repainted. I received a call the day before the job was to begin, and a call on the morning of. They were right on time, began working immediately and did a fabulous job. CertaPro went the extra step of not only painting the room, but painting the chair rail and window frames.
