“We started with Mr. Flowright (Edgar) about a year ago. In desperation our sewer line was plugged. We called several companies getting the "We'll get back to you" answer (they never did). Edgar answered and was over in about an hour. Not only that he had the best price of any! We have had him back a couple times since to replace faucets, lines, etc. All with the same attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism. I hesitate to make this recommendation only for a selfish reason. I don't want him to get Too busy ;)) But he deserves the highest recommendation I could give.”

“I had 3 plumbing problems, one in faucet and 2 different valves. Had a small 'flood" from the leak behind my washing machine. The company was very responsive in getting a plumber out to me the same day I called and the plumber was courteous. The plumber had to return the following day to complete the work after purchasing parts and the only complaint I have is that he did not arrive on time. I had to arrange for someone to be at the house and they ended up having to wait until about 1:oo pm for him to arrive -- when the scheduled time had been set for 8:30 a.m. This was a pretty big inconvenience but once he arrived and completed the work it was all fixed up well with no big messes left and at a somewhat reasonable fee. I would definitely use this company again but if not an emergency, try to schedule on a day off. I don't understand how someone else's emergency trumped mine with I had a leak continuing. Other than that, it was a good experience.”
