“We had an issue with a clogged drain / garbage disposal, which led to some pretty significant flooding in the kitchen. We gave Paul a call early in the morning, prior to normal business hours, and received a call back shortly there after. Paul, not another employee, but the actual Paul of 'Paul the Plumber' made it out to the house a few hours later and quickly assessed the situation. He determined that there was some significant blockage in the line and also that a backflow valve somewhere along where the two sinks and dishwasher all converge had been mis-installed by a previous contractor (a Service One contractor). Paul immediately got to work and was a pleasure to have on site. He was friendly and engaged in conversation for the duration of the 60-90 minutes he was working. He even allowed our 3-year-old to pester him with question about what he was doing. All in all, Paul is an incredibly professional, knowledgable and personable person. I would absolutely recommend him and will certainly call him again for any future plumbing needs.”

“I had a failed sump pump problem and the plumber that came out was courteous, knowledgeable and took all the right steps to troubleshoot the problems. He tried all the simple stuff first and when that worked didn't pursue further. Overall they have made me a lifetime customer as long as they keep this up.”
