“We contracted with Goodall to put an inground pool in and to build a back porch for us. The pool installation was 100%, with no issues. The landscaping went great as well. We ran into issues with the contracter that Goodall contracted to build the back porch. He did amazing work, but he was unreliable and slow. When someone spends that much money on a project, they should expect the contractor to communicate and get the work done on time. Overall we are very happy with our pool, porch and landscaping. It looks exactly like the drawings that Ed provided at the beginning of the project. Ed McGroarty is a great salesperson, and was amazing throughout the entire project from beginning to end. He is someone that we can rely on.”

“A premium product with a premium company behind it at a reasonable price! We ordered our pool coping from Federal Stone after another brand did not survive the first winter of our new pool. Because the work by our local pool company was done in two stages because winter had set in, the finishes did not match and there were some water infiltration problems that caused some discoloration. Federal Stone was extremely helpful in getting this corrected and their Owner and his wife traveled to Connecticut from their plant in Maryland to inspect and refinish the coping themselves! We were absolutely amazed at what they achieved and we now have the most beautiful pool around! Kudos to Federal Stone for a great product and superior customer service!! They are the best!!”

“Crystal Pools were very good to work with. They had helped me in getting contacts for various aspects of setup - such as getting the appropriate permits, locating a qualified and electrician that was also recommended, and they were able to help me with the appropriate contacts for inspections. They had the electric installed within 1 working day of the installation of the pool. They also were very knowledgable and did a fantastic job with the pool installation. The technician came and spent the time i needed, which included going over some of the steps a few times, to review what i need to do to keep the pool working well and safely. The entire experience was great and I would highly recommend this group.”
