We had an issue a year after the completion (a water issue, nothing that they had/had not done) and they were right on top of it. “I cannot say enough good things about Tile Concepts. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I did a re-plaster and complete remodel of my pool. This was not the cheapest company but was price competitive - not the most expensive either. The owner has decades of experience and his crews are the best. I was amazed at their proficiency as I watched various phases of the project. The best reason to use this company is the owner. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and personally make sure every detail is being done to his standards. He was always present - I kept seeing him over and over again - It was incredible. He is easy to communicate with - text, phone, or in person. He stays on top of every detail. The day my pool was filling was Christmas day. He came by to check on it and add chemicals. Who would demonstrate this type of commitment? I absolutely love my new pool. He gave great ideas and suggestions to help us arrive at the finished product. The crews cleaned up after the job was done. When I put in this pool 10 years ago, I went with the lowest cost and boy did I regret it. If you want to really love your pool you won't be disappointed with this company. I honestly don't have anything I wish they'd done better or different. Worth every penny”

“I would rate the pool construction portion from estimation through pool being ready to go probably around a 4.5. The actual pool construction and production of the pool itself was right on time / on schedule. It is running great and easy to maintain. We chose a chlorinated pool. I think where Hauk has some issues is all the other things around the pool... the other subcontractors actually do good work too and they recommended working with some good people but the management of closing out the work is rough / left up to us. I would highly recommend demanding a larger final payment upon completion of a punch list. Once final payment was made it seemed the other items left on the list became an afterthought. We had an outdoor kitchen added as well as a covered patio. It looks great now except for where stain was dripped on the coping and light oil from the saws stained the coping. We started the pool June 19th. I think today we are having the final items worked on (Dec 9th). (electrical plug loose, seams in concrete not filled) I am updating because they finally came back and finished up. I am still torn between a 3.5 and 4.0. However, they seem determined to make sure everything is right.”

“Three years ago we had Riverbend Sandler to design and build a custom pool with water features and a table rock waterfall. We also use them for weekly pool service. They are a top notch company and very professional. They have a beautiful showroom that displays everything they provide for pools, outdoor kitchens and living areas. Their service is impeccable and there is always someone available for customer service whether it is a maintenance issue, problem or an additional purchase at their pool store. We have been very happy with our pool and there have been no problems with it. Our experience has been excellent from working with the knowledgeable and experienced designer to the neat,clean construction crews to the weekly service employees. I would highly recommend them and I will use them when we build our next house and pool.”
