“R & R Roofing and Siding was recommended to me by several people. My inspector messed up when he said the roof had 7 to 10 more years. The owner of R & R, Dennis, said it only had 2 to 3 years left. Then when he saw the rafters through the sheet rock he said maybe not that much. I felt comfortable when talking to Dennis and he answered all my questions politely. His tear off crew came and removed the old roof and replaced some of the damaged decking. that took one day. That crew was very nice and worked quickly. The metal crew, metal roof, came the next day and they were also very nice and thorough and worked very quickly. They added many more soffit vents to aid in the drying out of my attic so I would not have any more problems. The vents were painted to match the stain on my house. We then tried to build a barn but the trusses were too large for us to install. I called R & R again and again they helped me. This took a little longer because they had to make room for us in their very busy schedule. Dennis could have said no because they were too busy but he fit us in. I appreciated that very much since my horse and 2 donkeys are not accustomed to this kind of cold having come from Texas. I would highly recommend R & R Roofing to anyone and definitely call on them again if needed. I would also use anyone they recommended. I would trust their word for businesses around here.”

“Recently we had a hail storm come through and drop baseball size hail on my house. Total roofing came out and gave me an estimate that was right in line with the insurance company. They started the job and completed it quickly, as we had the house on the market and were moving in 3 weeks from the day of the storm. It was done well, on time, on budget and they even gave me a military discount. Great company!!”

“Torrential rains, flash flooding, and not a drop of water over the gutters! Tim Tonak is the best. He installed five-inch-wide seamless gutters of 32-gauge aluminum. Tim increased the size and number of downspouts to four inches and added one downspout. he also re-sloped the front gutter to move water away from the entry. Tim said the changes would double the flow that the gutters could handle, and he is right. He looks at more than the gutters, checking where water actually flows, where less or more is needed. By diverting flow in the front he probably saved an aspen as well as extended the life of the concrete driveway.”
