“I worked with Lance for the first time on the Splurge Home Makeover, a huge project that he was contracted by the Homeowner who was also the owner of the Magazine, SPLURGE where this home was to be featured. Lance and his team came in to rescue a bare bones project from a contractor that had been let go... The Client was left in a very bad situation... Lance was able to take my drawings review them, then he met with the homeowner & I on a couple of occasions and then he ran with it. He was so easy to work with, personable & professional. Most importantly his carpentry work was phenomenal. Great attention to detail and he asked questions and made suggestions when needed. I use Lance as my Go to Guy for every project....I do not trust anyone else! He makes Remodeling Easy and I don't stress over any makeover when I know that he will be doing the work. Thank you Lance for your skill, professionalism and for always putting up with my designerism :)”
