“Scott was very professional, friendly, polite, prompt, and thorough. My husband and I asked Scott to do two inspections for us. The first home fell through there wasn't a doubt in my mind who I'd contact to do a second inspections for a second home. We had Scott's report the next day, the program he uses makes reading the report very easy to understand. I would recommend Scott to anyone. I loved that he is military, and bring that professionalism with him, since my husband is military we want to support our vets as much as possible.”

“DPIP surprised me. They did a great work on applying insulation, vapour barrier, drywall and mud and tape my commercial property. First I hired DPIP for insulation and than when I saw how they did an amazing job than I decided that I want DPIP to do everything to the end after insulation was done. I got a package deal that was a good price because now a days everyone is charging up the moon but with DPIP it was not like that. I was satisfied with the outcome and everything looked great. After the work was completed THEY cleaned up after themselves and left my property clean and neat. If you really want a good job done on your property contact DPIP. The best thing I've done for myself because I am very picky about who I hire for my properties.”

“Bob repaired s crack in our basement just after we bought the house. He was promptly, neat, professional, and he cleaned up after himself. He also warrantied his work for 20 years, transferable. After 5 years, a new, more complicated crack made itself known in another area of the basement, and we didn't hesitate to call him back to do this one. Hopefully our current home won't develop cracking, but if it does, Bob Waters will be who we call.”
