“Jonathan and his crew from JTDesignz was wonderful. We have worked with many contractors of all kinds and I found them to be punctual, respectful, accommodating, and highly professional. The details of the job(sanding/decorative painting of cement floor in basement gameroom) were spelled out very clearly in the contract so I knew exactly what to expect. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the area cleaned up beautifully. I can not say enough of how pleased we were with this company. “I am so overwhelmed and please with the job this company did. I was in a tuff situation with a other company that I contracted in Oct, that told me they would not be able to complete till March. Michelle came out in Jan. in a snow storm picked out a color also for the awning that was perfect and my awning was installed the begining of Feb. Not only is the awning beautiful the workmanship and professionalism of this company is beyond exceptional to the smallest detail as a matching downspout installed. I can not recommend them enough. Save yourself the aggravation in even thinking of going elsewhere. I am so happy they were here for me.”

“With the severe winter and the freeze-thaw cycles, the cellar door alcove walls started leaking moisture. A little water made it into the partially finished laundry room. I called Keystone Basement Systems, having heard of them before. They came out, and gave me a quote for waterproofing the alcove and connecting the new waterproofing system up to the existing french-drain and sump-pump system. They began work the next day, and their install went smoothly. The work took a few hours longer than expected, because of the continuous poor weather. Their workers were courteous, professional, and patient with all my questions. The cellar door stairs will be reinstalled by them once the concrete dries. They offer a lifetime transferable warranty on their product and installation.”
