I have no idea how many kitchen counter tops jobs and bathroom vanities they have done for me but I would estimate that it's probably more than 30 jobs total. In all that time I have had but one problem and that was more of a issue with the client's personal taste than anything they did, but they didn't hesitate to resolve the problem immediately. Typically I don't think much about reviews because most clients only tell you about the bad times, not the good ones.
