“An estimate request was promptly given in the home. Project was scheduled at my convenience. Installer was competent but seemed to be rushing and overlooked some areas when grouting. I had to notify the business twice after the initial installation to have the installer come out to re-grout areas that had been missed. In retrospect, I wish the owner had visited the job after the first installer visit to check the installation job. Then he could have dealt with these issues with the installer and I would not have been involved interfacing with the installer so much. The finished job is beautiful.”
