“Contacted Cast Fireplaces after visiting "Mainstreet America". They had installed several fireplaces in the model homes. Visited Cast Fireplace showroom on a Saturday morning and the building was locked but one of the owners happened to be on site and invited us in so we had the entire 5000 SF showroom to ourselves. Beautiful showroom with lots of ideas that you can mix and match. Excellent communication and you can always reach someone on staff. Cast Fireplaces did everything as promised and I found them to have a fair price. Once the drawings were approved - all the pieces were stock so scheduling took place quickly. It was our responsibility to have the existing fireplaces removed and ready for Cast Fireplace. The scope of work: replaced 3 fireplaces which were completed in two days by a team of 3 men. The only hiccup was the faux finishing on the FP . One of the crew was better at painting. Due to prior obligations, the faux finisher could not complete the job so another member of the team did the finishing. In the end it was all good and the installers certainly know what they are doing. They tweaked a bit of the design in the master bedroom for the site conditions (the existing fireplace was 1" off center so they slightly modified the surround. I give the installers high marks for doing what it takes to get the job done & not holding up the job by going back to the firm to complain. Note: expect lots of dust - like they said they usually aren't going into finished homes - it was a treat to be in air conditioning in the summer. Highly recommend and would use again!”

“We ordered and received beautiful fixtures (matching sink, toilet, and accessories set) so gorgeous, well-made and fun that we get complements every time someone uses our powder room. The pieces are true works of art, and are even more astonishing in person than in the pictures. "Where ever did you get that set????" is the first thing everyone asks, including our plumber (and he thought he'd seen everything...) The service and communications were outstanding. All was delivered exactly when promised so they were on site when the plumber was ready for the install. I will be ordering more pieces for our next phase of renovations for our 1920's Spanish style home where they look perfect!”

“They just completed a master bathroom renovation in my home. I am very happy with the work of their granite fabricator, contractor and the tile setter. The tile guy was especially consciousness and concerned about doing the best job possible. Linda was helpful during the process of choosing the tile, grout, etc. I don't know how they compare on price. Probably they are a little more expensive than some other places, but I saw the work they did on a friends bath and kitchen and decided to go with them, so I did t get other quotes to compare. I understand a lot of their business comes from referrals so that speaks to the quality of the work they do.”

“I am disabled and have to use walker to get around and wheel chair on bad days, well Flooring Kings allow me to STAY IN MY HOUSE by redoing the entire flooring in my house to wheelchair/walker friendly. But James did not stop there, he redid my master bathroom to allow my wheelchair to enter and I now have shower that I can get in and out safety. This is huge weight lifted off me and my family. I can not thank them enough and please if you want the job done right and professional give Flooring Kings a call! I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

While getting to know her I learned that she has an impressive professional background which includes thorough knowledge of the stone, tile and flooring business that she has gained from many years’ of experience in every phase of the industry. I hired her to do all of the flooring, counter-top, and tile work needed to complete the living room/kitchen phase of my home remodeling project. Pavlina was always helpful and consistently focused on customer service and communication. She was happy to work with me to help me meet my project budget. She worked well with my designer and others involved with my project. She finished my project a little ahead of schedule. I especially appreciate her helpful recommendations and her patience while I selected the material I wanted to use with my project.
