“Great overall experience, they came to our house several times to ensure sizing , spacing and selection of materials ( great choices and selection) , they were very prompt to all of the scheduled meetings and construction commitments.( not a big priority in SW florida) and they did a great job on construction and follow up.”

“We had granite counter tops & new sink installed in our kitchen. From the first visit Brooke & her team were great so helpful and patient with all our questions and concerns. The installers worked as if they were in their own home making sure the granite was placed perfectly - cannot see the seams! Our kitchen is beautiful & we would definitely recommend Planet Stone.”

“I had read that Josh Schaefer, owner of Creative Solutions, was THE Soapstone expert in Florida (and later learned that he is even hired out of state). I thought I wanted soapstone instead of granite and went to his showroom where he spent time educating me, showing me different slabs and explaining the differences, showed me a finished soapstone counter in his showroom and then gave me a piece of soapstone in its "raw" state to take home and "play with" along with a small bottle of mineral oil. I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty and received an estimate for my kitchen based on square footage. I hired Josh and he and his wife Mimi were extremely cooperative in meeting my schedule of making a template and then coming back for the installation. I could not be happier with their expertise, professionalism, and friendliness. I LOVE my counters and would recommend them to anyone without reservation. I also believe he has access to more quality slabs than anyone in the area (SW Florida). At least that is true at this time (summer/fall 2014).”

“We had two bathrooms totally renovated, from top to bottom, wall-to-wall. David did what he said he would do. The project was on time, and on budget. He was a total professional. He did quality work. He also brought his experience to the project, he had creative ideas. He did not try to add to the cost of the project. Both bathrooms are beautiful, and functional. First rate work, that was on time, and on budget, with no surprises. We recommend FloorArk with no reservations”

“I love shopping here for all of my tile needs. My local designer, Keffie Lancaster of Lancaster Interior Design met me there and we worked with Brigid to create stunning bathrooms. We purchased all of our flooring for our home in the Lake Club and we were so pleased with the results! Don't be intimidated by the beautiful showroom, they have tiles and materials in all price ranges from very reasonable to over the top!”

“Gwen at Backsplashtogo was exceedingly courteous and helpful. I had a tile order that required shipments from two distributors, she was able to get both delivered with free shipping. When I needed a second set of tiles, most came broken from Hirsch glass (the manufacturer). Hirsch was not customer focused and would not replace the poorly packaged tiles with new inventory. Gwen filed a claim on my behalf with UPS and they funded the shipment of new tiles that arrived on time and in good condition. She is a true professional, with a customer focus and timely responses. Gwen will bring me back to Backspashtogo for future work.”
