“I have purchased window treatments from Added Touch several times and the experience was eye opening. Not only did I get a great price, but they gave me something I just could not get anywhere else that I looked, Honest reputable old fashioned service. I could not believe how much they knew about all types of window treatments. They carried what appeared to be a very wide selection from a number of different companies and they answered all my questions. They even came to my home with samples, measured my windows to make sure everything would fit properly and that was all free of charge. When my window treatments arrived they sent an installer to my home and he installed everything perfectly. As you can imagine, window treatments can be a daunting, overwhelming task. However, not with Lori. She guided me based on my style preferences and price point, provided samples that my husband and I could pick from, and walked us through the Smith and Noble process of what to expect, which was perfection. My one regret was why didn't I contact Smith and Noble sooner?! :) Lori's design and communication skills are top notch. She is a seasoned professional. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. Not once did I need to reach out to her for a status. She was extremely proactive and kept me informed of timing, delivery, what to expect with installation. All in all it was a wonderful experience. “Patti was great. She came out twice for the consult and answered Every single question I had...and I had tons. After we placed the order she was so great with following up. She also came on the day of the installation and made sure everything was perfect. She found a small crack in the living room balcony door shutters (we didn’t even see it) and had it replaced. She was awesome! We were so happy with her work.”
