“The team at Ketch Design Centre is amazing!! They are professional, easy to work with, and willing to go the extra mile. They did all the window treatments in our custom built home and worked very closely with me to ensure that we stayed on budget. We primarily worked with Claire, but Ronnie (the owner) was also very hands-on and made several trips to our house to ensure everything was installed correctly and to our liking. And their warranty and follow-up service is great. We needed a few touch ups done on some of our drapes a year after installation and we were put on the schedule immediately. I could not be happier with their service.”

“Ann was extremely helpful while we were re-doing a fixer upper. She used her creativeness to compensate for uneven windows and making a small space appear larger. She was able to take a concept of what I wanted and bring it to life. She was patient and talked me through my confusion when I did not know what to do. At one point, we started over on one project because she knew I was not happy with a color decision I had made. She helped me to see that in the long run, it is better to stop, take a deep breath, and regroup. She assured me that we could start over, staying within my budget by her creative ideas to make it "be okay". We did and she was 100% correct! I am so glad we did that. It turned out beautiful. She is kind, honest and personable. She was aware of my budget and was able to stay within it. Ann will go above and beyond to help you and make you feel you are the most important client she has or will ever have.”
