Gathering Oaks Drive

This project was all about maximizing the space available. Working within the original walls of the bathroom, we were able to remove a half wall separating a previous phone booth-like shower and small alcove tub. We installed a new 5' drop-in tub and spilled the granite tub deck into the shower for a foot prop. The footprint of the shower was brought forward to make it about 6" deeper. Consistent tile marries the two wet areas along one wall.

To improve on vanity storage, the former standard height cabinets were replaced with new, taller height cabinets featuring a drawer beneath each sink for additional storage. Counters are kept clutter free and easy to clean courtesy of the Delta single hole faucets and undermount sinks. The molding trimming the mirrors matches the cabinetry for a consistent look and feel.
