English style Addition

The homeowner wanted to expand his home, and provide formal spaces for entertaining. He is fond of English architecture and the English lifestyle, and wanted to bring a bit of the English formality to his home. An addition was inserted between the existing brick, Cape Cod style home and the expanded three car garage. A Guest Suite was built above the garage, with new dormers to match those on the original house. The addition houses a new formal Entry, Dining Room and Library space.
