Professional Chef's Kitchen
This professional chef's home kitchen was done by Jase Frederick during time at a previous firm. The layout and materials were all mindful of the need for functionality and durability, and the sincere desire for a great-looking kitchen.
This cook's kitchen features a bright red Cesarstone slab on the oversized peninsula, and thick glass countertops on the perimeter cabinets. Tall cabinets at the end of the peninsula house a double oven and pantry storage on the kitchen side, and mudroom storage on the other. Mudroom cabinets have interior hooks and shelves and charging stations for electronics. Professional grade appliances and plumbing fixtures add to the functionality.
On the kitchen side, tall cabinets house double ovens and pantry storage. Backsplash tile is neutral porcelain mosaic with neutral glass mosaic behind the cooktop. Floor tiles are durable 18 x 18 porcelain in a mix of faux steel, zinc, and iron -- complete with faux rivets.
On the eat-in side, the clients' own rustic table, and folk art cabinets, bring warmth and a touch of heritage to the sleek kitchen. The contemporary leather dining chairs, light fixture and original painting help unify and balance the design.
