Windermere Residence

A home built in the mid century was updated by refacing the exterior and renovating the interior.
The original exterior had a typical yellow brick most commonly used in the 1950's. By adding a natural stone veneer along with stucco, the house was changed dramatically. Along with the addition of new windows and doors, floating steps leading to the front door and a stainless steele and glass railing, it had many local residents questioning if this was a new build. The new look is modern, sleek, and sophisticated.
The interior was also completely renovated with a few extra windows added to allow for more light and great views.
