Washington Park Tower Condo
The project is a complete renovation of a classic Roland Terry building penthouse. The concept is built around two long axes, an idea reinforced by material and art displays. Bosworth Hoedemaker worked with the existing architecture to create more elegant spaces for living and entertaining. The material palate deliberately plays off common exterior materials. The detailing is a modern reinterpretation of details used in the clients’ Medina home designed by David Hoedemaker in the 1960’s. The height of the ceilings was varied in order to provide special relief from relatively low ceiling heights throughout. Artists were used to create stone, cast glass, and bronze details throughout.
