[Union Street Residence] San Francisco, CA

James Pinnella was project architect for this home at the end of Union Street on top of Nob Hill. The home occupies three row house lots in which the middle lot contains an underground living space that connects this new addition to the existing 1850 era home on the far lot which over looks San Francisco bay. Above the middle lot a neighborhood garden was re-built. An amazing project that involved heavy excavation and site stabilization.
