Infusion Furniture

Born in Western Massachusetts in 1974, Quentin has been a hands-on designer and builder from a very early age. In 1996 he completed an engineering degree at Cornell University. His interest in architecture and furniture developed while a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, where he furnished his own small house with basic hand tools. Upon returning to the US, he began a job as an architectural woodworker in 2000 in a well-known Boston workshop and later continued his training in Rhode Island with renowned furniture maker Hank Gilpin. Since 2005 Quentin has been designing and building original modern furniture and custom woodwork under the name Infusion Furniture. IF’s work has included furniture for Trilogy, FP3, and XV Beacon Hotel in Boston, pieces for numerous private clients in the northeast and California, and even custom musical instrument frames debuted at Lincoln Center in 2010. In 2010 he was named top ‘5Under40’ by New England Home Magazine, an award which recognizes emerging talent in architecture, interior & furniture design.
