Philadelphia, PA - Condo Addition & Renovation

After living in one condo unit for 15 or so years, the homeowners wanted a little more breathing room, so they scooped up the neighbor's unit when it went up for sale.

We guided them through the design and construction process of connecting the two units. The existing kitchen, dining room, and study were gutted and the walls of the dining room removed to create a larger kitchen and dining room. The study was relocated to another portion of the condo. Custom cabinetry separates the dining room from the expanded kitchen.
