Buena Vista Residence

The Buena Vista Residence presented a rare opportunity to build a new home in San Francisco. The lot is very small, but with wonderful views of the Buena Vista Park to the north and panoramic views of the hills to the south. Our clients are a young professional couple and child quite comfortable with contemporary design and architecture. The building was designed primarily in model form to maintain focus on volume and spaciousness. The steel structural frame structure is exposed, allowing for a minimum of interior bearing walls.
