Anne & Richard's 1908 home

This restored 1908 "Portland shingle style home was converted from a duplex into a single family home over a three phase process that touched every room of the house. Original millwork, hardware and flooring was restored throughout the home, with some rooms reconfigured to add utility for a modern lifestyle. Vintage and period-appropriate lighting and cabinetry were mixed with custom built-ins and salvage finds to create a warm, eclectic space that showcases the home's period style and adds a twist of modern sensibility.
