The taupe tinted floors here really go well with the quasi-contemporary kitchen cabinets and hanging lights. Fantastic open kitchen design.
Proof that indeed, hardwood can look spectacular in a kitchen. This was a custom kitchen design that we did with Mirage Savanna Red Oak flooring. Bright and airy, this room really shows the floor well.
Not the biggest kitchen we've ever done, but probably the best colour match. I love walnut paired with stainless steel and the stain (colour) on this wood fits seamlessly with the cabinets. @ayrwood
Contrasting dark cabinets with light floors is really big right now, and a brushed hardwood like Red Oak has the right amount of warmth to pull it off. Great fro high, traffic areas. It's preferable but not essential to have cabinets removed before installations in kitchens. @ayrwood
Grey and white with a hint of teak colour from the chairs with their chrome legs. Great industrial kitchen example.
