Stone Pavilions in Oakwood, Ohio

This house was completed in the summer of 2006 on a previously owned wooded ravine site in Oakwood, a turn-of-the-century neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio’s near-south side. It is a modern, yet rustic residence with articulated masses clad with stucco, and Southern Ledgestone, and rustic charcoal roofing shingles. It is a three-bedroom, single-story residence with stunningly crafted, modern wood paneling and stairs, and soaring vaulted ceilings. A bluestone terrace graces the sunny south side of the home that overlooks a ravine. The finished residence is 4,100 square feet, not including a future lower-level billiards room.
