Front entry at courtyard
Front entry door from the private courtyard. The courtyard has access from the master suite, study and a hallway. This space was design as a retreat from the open public spaces, where the rear patio is open to the views and the golf course. The entry private courtyard is a place to gather in the evening or spend a quiet moment before stepping into the master suite.
Rear patio looking back to the loggia
The rear patio is designed with a loggia to keep the doors from the living room and dining open most of the day. The loggia also provides a place to retreat in the evening or when is to sunny and hot. The patio is designed to capture the golf course views and entertained a good size group of people without loosing the intimacy.

Kitchen
Kitchen open to the dining area and family room. All of these spaces enjoy access to the loggia and views to the golf course.
Rec-room and Sunken Bar
The rec-room was designed to accommodate pool-table and entertain with a sunken bar area. The sunken bar allows the bartender to stand and be at eye-level with people sitting in the bar with a regular chair and not a stool. The concept is to allow anyone in the rec-room to enjoy the views and not having someone sitting in the bar block the golf course and outdoor views.
