Cape Cod Bathroom Remodel-Falmouth MA

The original bathroom in this Cape Cod home left much to be desired from previous remodels. The tub/shower was jammed in a space not even wide enough to properly open the door. The toilet was in between 2 walls in a space measuring about 26" wide! The baseboard heat was buried into the side of the vanity.

This complete makeover involved moving an interior wall about 8" into the adjacent bedroom. A full update of the plumbing and electrical followed by a custom subway tile shower, bead board wainscot on the walls and marble hexagon tiles on the floor. The large Kohler pedestal sink provided large horizontal surfaces.
