Tudor On The Point

Located on a peninsula between Echo Bay and Lafayette Bay on Lake Minnetonka, the owners of this property desired to remove their existing lake house and construct a new residence to capture the multiple views offered by their unique site. Murphy & Co. developed a layout that would not only increase the view but also work within the tight setback and impervious surface requirements. The result is a timeless design based on the English half-timber style, with most every room capturing lake views.
