Responsibilities included all Interior Finishes, including Custom Designed Inlaid Synthetic GraniteFlooring and Custom Area Carpets which are inset flush with adjacent Synthetic Granite Floors, Window Coverings; including Computerized Solar & Black-out Shades as well as Draperies / Roman Shades, Custom Millwork Furnishings, Plumbing Fixtures & Finishes, Bedspreads, New Furnishings, Custom Closets, Exterior Architectural Lighting and Interior Accent Lighting, Accessories. Selection and Installation of Artwork. Collaboration with Interior Plant Specialist.

Universal Design is accomplished by creating tile rug patterns in this very large hallway area. By breaking down into different pattern areas articulated by the architectural arches, this long hallway is full of life. Instead of carpet runners which would have interfered with my client's wheelchair use, I designed various patterns using Silestone tile and stainless dividers.
