Cedarview Home Remodel

This project consisted of a first time buyer with a limited budget so creativity was a key component along with a limited budget. Space and Functionality were our biggest challenges. As a result of the our initial meeting the decision was made to relocate the kitchen from the back of the home to the front of the home. Removing room dividing walls created a more open space. The hall bath was small and had to be modified to create space for utility room this was accomplished to eliminating two coat closets located on adjacent halls and removing a tank water and installing a tank less water heater on the back of the home.
