Alvarado Residence (Noe Valley)

Originally constructed in 1906 by revered Noe Valley builder John Anderson, this 3000 SF residence on the North slope of Alvarado Street is a testament to ARMOUR+VOKIC's keen sense for evolving classic aesthetics to meet the needs of contemporary life. The floor plan was designed specifically to channel light throughout the house, highlighted by a number of dramatic skylights and enlarged passageways between rooms.
